Criminal Trespassing arrest - Laurel County


Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested Vincent Tomasino age 60 of Holly Grove Rd., Keavy on Friday night May 13, 2016 at approximately 8:01 PM.

The arrest occurred off Holly Grove Road, approximately 10 miles south of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel County warrant of arrest obtained by Laurel Sheriff's Detective Kevin Berry following an investigation that he conducted where he learned that this subject allegedly went into a yard belonging to the victim, opened the gate to their fenced in yard and entered.

When the victims asked this subject to leave their property this subject allegedly continued to walk past the victims and remain on the property until he decided to leave. Detective Berry viewed video surveillance of this event. This subject allegedly admitted that he entered and remained on the property belonging to the victims even though he was told to leave.

This neighbor dispute allegedly started in February of 2016 and is still an ongoing event. Vincent Tomasino was charged with criminal trespassing – second-degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
