Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Detective James Sizemore along with Detective Jason Back and Deputy Shawn Boroviak arrested one individual on Ky 490 approximately 6 miles north of London on Thursday morning May 19, 2016 at approximately 10:47 AM.
Arrested was:
Angela Shepherd age 39 Of Cawood Rd., East Bernstadt charged on a Laurel County warrant of arrest charging escape – second-degree – allegedly this subject was serving a 180 day sentence of a 360 day sentence on charges of possession of a controlled substance – first offense – second-degree; and theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting. Allegedly, this subject removed her home incarceration ankle bracelet and left and could not be located.
In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding a motion to revoke regarding charges of possession of a controlled substance first offense second-degree and theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting.
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
