Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Sgt. Robbie Grimes and Deputy Jamie Grimes arrested Dakota Sizemore age 19 of Turkey Foot Road, Bear Branch, Ky on Friday night May 27, 2016 at approximately 8 PM.
The arrest occurred off Greg Lane, approximately 1/2 mile East of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on charges of terroristic threatening – third-degree and two counts of assault – fourth degree – domestic violence. In addition, the subject was charged on a Clay County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on charges of receiving stolen property.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
