Disturbance complaint results in arrests by LSO

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Craig Sutton along with Deputy Cody Faulconer arrested two individuals off Pennington Drive, approximately 5 miles north of London on Friday morning June 3, 2016 at approximately 10:58 AM.

Deputies were dispatched to that location on a disturbance complaint related to an earlier domestic violence call.

When deputies arrived at the scene, 2 individuals there were located and an investigation was conducted and deputies determined that both individuals had outstanding bench warrants of arrest.

Arrested was:

  • Bradley Fields age 30 of East Bernstadt charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court.
  • Farron Miller age 44, of East Bernstadt charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on charges of resisting arrest; disorderly conduct - second degree; assault – fourth degree – domestic violence. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on charges of violation of the Kentucky EPO/DVO.
  • The two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
