Wanton Endangerment one of several charges faced by a Laurel County man


Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Tommy Houston along with Sgt. Larry Parrott arrested Brandon Foutch age 23 of Laurel River Rd., London on Tuesday night July 19, 2016 at approximately 10:36 PM.

The arrest occurred on Ravenwood Circle approximately 1/2 mile west of London after Deputy Houston attempted a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet Silverado who attempted to flee the traffic stop traveling approximately 1/2 mile in excess of 60 mph while driving recklessly through the residential neighborhood.

The vehicle finally stopped and was occupied by this subject along with his wife, 5 month-old infant, and 4 male juveniles.

The driver was charged with speeding more than 26 miles over the speed limit; failure to wear seatbelts; reckless driving; wanton endangerment – second-degree; wanton endangerment – first-degree – police officer is victim; fleeing or evading police – second-degree - motor vehicle; failure to signal; and other traffic violations and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
