Forgery arrest in Laurel County

Laurel County, Ky - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Daniel Grigsby with Sgt. Robbie Grimes and Deputy Kyle Gray arrested Allery Castle age 20 of Campground Apartments, Corbin on Saturday night July 23, 2016 at approximately 6:57 PM.

The arrest occurred at Campground court, approximately 14 miles south of London after this subject was charged with identity theft after she had been arrested on July 21, 2016 at Walmart in southern Laurel County in reference to shoplifting – this subject used the name of a family member when arrested, and signed court paperwork for bond with the family member's name.

Allery Castle is charged with forgery – second-degree; the original charge from July 21 of theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting, giving officer false name or address and theft of identity of another without consent and this subject was also charged on an outstanding Whitley County bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of reckless driving, no operator's license, and failure to produce insurance card.

Allery Castle was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
