Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Detective James Sizemore arrested a woman on an indictment warrant of arrest from Clay Circuit Court on Friday morning July 29, 2016 at approximately 11:12 AM.
Arrested was: Tracy Cottongim age 46.
The arrest occurred off Robinson Rd., East, approximately 3 miles south of London where Detective Sizemore arrested this subject on an indictment warrant of arrest from Clay Circuit Court charging promoting contraband – first-degree.
While arresting this individual, Detective Sizemore found this subject in possession of another person's EBT card and 38 Gabapentin.
Tracy Cottongim was charged with knowingly fraudulently using ID card or electronic code for benefits; prescription controlled substance not in proper container – first offense; and illegal possession of a legend drug.
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
