Manchester, KY - News media & other sources are reporting the indictment of Clay County Judge Executive Joe Asher and Road Foreman Bufford Jarvis.
WYMT News reports that Asher has been arrested. According to the WYMT report, both Asher and Jarvis are charged with abusing the public trust, bribery and possession of a forged instrument.
