Federal Parole Violator & three other subjects jailed in Laurel County

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Detective James Sizemore along with detective Jason back arrested 4 individuals off Roy Dugger Road, approximately 4 miles west of London early Friday morning August 5, 2016 at approximately 12:23 AM.

The arrests occurred after information was developed on the whereabouts of a male fugitive wanted on Federal Parole Violation Charges. When deputies arrived at the scene they located and arrested Daniel Ledington age 31 of Golden Eagle Dr. London charging him with being a Federal Parole Violator.

Deputies also located another fugitive there identified as Johnny Gregory age 47 of Roy Dugger Rd., London charging him with a Kentucky parole violation warrant of arrest charging absconding parole supervision and use of a controlled substance – Xanax. This subject had previously been convicted in Whitley Circuit Court for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Two other individuals there were also arrested and are identified as Natashia Boone age 30 Copely Road, Lily charged with hindering prosecution or apprehension – second-degree – allegedly this subject was helping Daniel Ledington hide from police.

Also arrested was Richard Mullins age 56 of Roy Dugger Road charged with hindering prosecution or apprehension – second-degree – allegedly this subject was helping Daniel Ledington hide from police.

All four individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

Assisting on the arrests were Deputy Daniel Grigsby, Detective Kevin Berry, and CSO Robert Reed.
