Manchester, KY - Bridge replacement operations are scheduled to continue through Tuesday, Nov. 1 U.S. 421 (mile points 20.3 - 20.4) in Clay County will continue to be reduced to one lane at various times each day through Tuesday, November 1 to allow for replacement of the bridge over Island Creek (Bowling Branch Road).
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expected long delays and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
