Middlesboro, Ky. – Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan is currently investigating a missing person investigation in Bell County. KSP is asking the public for assistance locating Robert L Caldwell, 43 from Kettle Island.
Mr. Caldwell was last seen at the Daniel Boone Motel in Middlesboro on August 12, 2016 at approximately 7:00 p.m. Mr. Caldwell is a white male, 5”10, and 225 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes, tattoo of a tiger on his upper arm and a scar on top of his head.
Anyone with information on Mr. Caldwell is urged to contact Post 10 Harlan at 606-573-3131.
