Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Kristen Hoke age 30 of Little Pittsburgh Rd., London on Wednesday evening August 31, 2016 at approximately 6:35 PM.
The arrest occurred off Little Pittsburgh Road, approximately 2 miles east of London after Deputy Cloyd was dispatched to a complaint that a female subject was fighting with her mother.
When Deputy Cloyd arrived at the scene he learned that the subject had fled the area on foot. An investigation was conducted and Deputy Cloyd learned that apparently this subject had struck her mother several times, shoved her down and choked her.
Kristen Hoke was charged with assault – fourth degree - domestic violence and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
