Missing Boyle County Teen Located in New Mexico - Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor arrest



DANVILLE, Ky. (September 4, 2016) –The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post has ended the search for Jenna Oakley, who was reported as missing from Boyle County on Thursday, September 1, 2016.

Jenna Oakley, 15 years old of Danville was located by the members of the Tucumcari Police Department and Quay County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 9:00 pm MDT, in the Motel 6 parking lot of Tucumcari, New Mexico.

Jenna Oakley was found unharmed and positively identified, along with Kenneth R. Nigh, 20 years old of Arlington, Indiana. Both Oakley and Nigh were sitting inside the 2014 Honda Civic passenger car with a Kentucky license plate displaying 2113-BT, that had been reported as stolen this past Thursday following the death of her stepmother Rhonda D. Oakley.

Kenneth R. Nigh was arrested by the Tucumcari PD and is lodged in the Quay County Detention Center charged with one count of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
