Two complaints - Three arrests in Laurel County

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Shannon Jones and CSO Kyle House arrested three individuals on drug charges early Tuesday morning September 13, 2016 at approximately 5:08 AM.

The arrests occurred off American Greeting Card road, approximately 10 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that 2 males and a female subject were outside an apartment complex and appeared to be attempting to break into vehicles there.

A short time later, deputies received a second complaint that apparently the same three suspects were outside a different apartment complex acting suspicious.

When deputies arrived at the scene and located the three individuals, they found them in possession of drug paraphernalia, and a small quantity of a white substance believed to be methamphetamine. In addition, these subjects had 14 packaged Suboxone and one partially packaged in their possession.

All three individuals were determined to be under the influence.

Arrested was:

  • Brandon Eversole age 26 All Barbourville St., Apartments, London, KY.
  • Jason Eversole age 23 of Corn Cemetery Rd., London, KY.
  • Kalene Woodlee age 23 of Roland St., Campbellsville, KY.
  • All three individuals were charged with possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense - methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance first-degree- first offense; prescription controlled substance not in proper container – first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; public intoxication – controlled substances and were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
