Somerset, KY. – The Pulaski County Coroner’s Office is conducting an investigation into a fatal construction accident involving an off-duty KSP Trooper. The accident occurred late Monday morning (September 26, 2016), in Pulaski County.
Upon arrival, investigators discovered that Mason A. Flynn, age 24, appeared to have fallen from the roof of a barn he was repairing.
Mason Flynn was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Pulaski County Coroner’s Office.
Flynn was a two year veteran of the Kentucky State Police. He graduated from the Kentucky State Police Academy in January of 2015 with Cadet Class 92. Upon graduation he was assigned to Post 9, Pikeville before transferring to Post 11, London in February of 2016 until present.
