KSP Investigates Escaped Inmate in Madison County

RICHMOND, Ky. –The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post is looking for an inmate that walked away from the Bluegrass Career Development Center in Richmond earlier this week.

The initial investigation alleges that Jeremy D. Stone, 40 years old of Clay, KY, walked away from the minimum security facility on Recycle Drive in Richmond at approximately 2:00 pm Monday October 4, 2016. He is described as being 6’2” tall, weighing 175 pounds, with hazel eyes and a goatee. He was in jail serving a sentence for Theft by Unlawful Taking, Burglary 1st Degree, Burglary 3rd Degree, Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense, and Theft of a Firearm.

The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Trooper Darrel Hutchinson.
