Tuesday, October 11th at approximately 8AM North Manchester Water Association will be connecting a new water line on Bowling Branch. Residents of Bowling Branch, Fox Hollow to Adam Garrison, Charlie Sizemore Road on Hwy 421 side to first bridge including Hickory Hills Road, North Highway 421 from Manchester Elementary to Dirt Road Used Cars on Inland Creek, Thomas Hollow, and Sester Hollow will temporary be without water, no schools will be affected. When service is restored these residents will be under a boil water advisory.
The potential exists for bacteriological contamination of the water supply; therefore, this boil water advisory has been issued as a precautionary measure. Until further notice, boil all water used for drinking and cooking by bringing the water to a rolling boil for three minutes before using.
This advisory will remain in effect until the situation has been corrected and test results have shown the water to be of acceptable quality. Consumers should flush their own plumbing when service is restored.
