Manchester, KY - Manchester City Hall along with the Manchester Municipal Water Works has relocated and is now operating in a new location within the city.
The Campbell Reed building (originally the Manchester Elementary school) is now home to the Manchester, KY City Hall.
According to a note (pictured left) on the door to the old downtown water office, they apparently started doing business in the new location on Friday October 7, 2016.
