(April 17, 2014) — Kentucky’s seasonally adjusted preliminary unemployment rate rose slightly to 7.9 percent in March 2014 from a revised 7.8 percent in February 2014, according to the Office of Employment and Training (OET), an agency of the Kentucky Education and Workforce Development Cabinet.
