Ivory Smith, 61, of Manchester passed away Saturday, November 26th, 2016 at the Christian Health Care Center in Corbin. She was the loving wife of Golden Smith for many years. She loved her birds.
Ivory is survived by her husband Golden Smith, her brothers and sisters: Janet Hubbard and husband Robert, Betty Frazier and husband Roger, Caleb Smith and girlfriend Tina Hacker, Burley Smith, Ruby Messer and husband Delmar, Shirley Smith, Franklin Smith and wife Sarah all of Manchester, Virginia Bowman of Lawrenceburg and William Lee of Lexington.
She is preceded in death by her parents Willie and Martha Parks Smith, these brothers and sisters: James Smith, Ernie Smith and Drucilla Smith, two special nieces: Crystal Wagers and Robin Carpenter and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, November 30th, 2016 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with John Boley officiating. Burial will follow in the Dobson Cemetery in the Horse Creek community.
Visitation will be held at 6 PM Tuesday at the Britton Funeral Home. Britton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
