Geraldine Henson, 66, of Manchester, KY, passed away Sunday, October 15th, at the St. Joseph Hospital in London.
Geraldine was born in Manchester, KY on December 28, 1950, a daughter of Lucy (Smith) Carr and the late Bige Eversole.
Geraldine is survived by her husband, Chester Henson; her mother, Lucy (Smith) Carr; her daughter, Peggy Smith and husband Terry of Paces Creek; and by three sons: Ricky Napier of Granny's Branch, Johnathan Henson of Billy's Branch and Brent Henson of Owsley Co.; and by a special nephew, Gabe Napier.
She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, by four sisters: Bonnie Lou Smith of Chop Bottom, Betty Ann Marion of London, Margaret Napier of Hamilton, OH and Phyllis Campbell of Chop Bottom, and by four brothers: Robert Eversole of Chop Bottom, Jeff Eversole of Manchester, Melvin Eversole of Chop Bottom and Johnny Eversole of Manchester.
Geraldine was preceded in death by her father, Bige Eversole, her son Mickey Napier, her brother Beverly Paul Eversole and her sister Earsly Eversole.
Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 19th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Paul Mitchell and Mike Gray officiating. Burial will follow at the Smith Cemetery #2 on Chop Bottom.
Visitation will be held 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 18th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
