Tommie Lillian Bishop 80, of Oneida passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at the Laurel Creek Health Care Center.
She was born in Oneida, KY on September 29, 1936, a daughter of Willie and Rhodie Bishop Sandlin.
Tommie is survived by her son Ronald Bishop and his ex-wife Mary Bishop of Oneida, her sister Cleo Allen of South Lebanon, Ohio, four grandchildren; Donnie Dewayne Bishop, Brenda Carol Bishop, Bridgett Reed and Shane Reed. Four great-grandchildren also survive.
Besides her parents, Tommie is preceded in death by her husband Alfred Bishop, her daughter Shirley Ann Reed and twelve brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be held Friday, October 20, 2017 at the Allen Cemetery at Pattys Rock in the Oneida community with Joey Burns officiating.
Britton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
