Joy Swafford White, 66, of Manchester, KY, passed away Saturday, October 28th, at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
Joy was born in Otter Creek, KY on December 24, 1950, a daughter of the late Lizzie (Messer) and Hobert Swafford.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gary White, and her brother, Roy Swafford.
Joy is survived by three sisters: Pauline (Lawrence) Eversole of Otter Creek, Wilma (Kenny) Smith of Otter Creek and Judy (Ernest) Smith of Mill Creek; by three brothers: Clyde (Janice) Swafford of Otter Creek, Amos (Dolly) Swafford of Martins Creek and Lester (Chasity) Swafford of Beech Creek; and by several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1st at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Terry Broughton and Jeff Mills officiating. Burial will follow at the Swafford Cemetery on Otter Creek.
Visitation will be held 6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 31st at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
