Carolyn Sue (Mamie) Stewart, 69, of Manchester, KY, passed away Wednesday, November 15th, at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY.
Carolyn was born in Evansville, IN on November 3, 1948, a daughter of the late Linda (Alexandra) and E.J. Dukes.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband, Troy Stewart.
Carolyn is survived by her children: Linda Kay (Alan Shawn) Wombles, Roger Lee (Tabitha) Stewart and Jimmy Stewart, all of Saplin Fork.
She is also survived by the following grandchildren: Christian, Kelli, Ryan, Page, Bailey, Joel, Jordan, Mariah, Cheyenne, Austin and Sandy; as well as these great grandchildren: Michael, Trenton, Trinity, Xavier and Talia Rose; and the following brothers and sister: James Dukes of Lowell, IN, Tommy Dukes of Hessville, IN, Bobby Dukes of Asheboro, NC and Teresa Garner of Asheboro, NC.
In addition to her parents and husband, Carolyn was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Wayne Dukes, and her sister, Melissa Ann Dukes.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 19th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Paul Stewart, Archie Henson and Paul Franklin Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the Goose Rock Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 6:00 PM on Friday, November 17th and Saturday, November 18th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
