Hazel Sizemore, age 67, of Big Creek, KY, passed away Saturday March 31st, 2018 at the Hazard ARH Hospital.
Hazel was a member of the Jacks Creek Holiness Church.
She is survived by her husband Charles Sizemore, of Big Creek, and two sons James Oakley Sizemore and wife Tania of RIchmond, and Shannon Todd Sizemore and wife Misty of Manchester, and two granchildren Kaitlyn Sizemore and Zachary Sizemore.
She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Arnold Davidson, Milan, IN, Ed Davidson, Manchester, KY, Onas Davidson, Cincinnati, OH, Elmo Davidson, Oneida, KY, Wanda Meadows, Cincinnati, OH, Mona Whitaker, Big Creek, Laura Davidson, Manchester, and Beatrice Davidson, of Oneida.
The funeral service for Hazel will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday April 3rd, 2018 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Martin Cemetery at Oneida.
Visitation will after 12:00 Noon Tuesday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
