Robert Franklin Feltner, 70, of Oneida, KY, passed away Saturday, April 7th, at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
Robert was born on January 26, 1948, a son of the late Ida (Barger) and Clarence Feltner.
Robert is survived by his wife, Martha (Gibson) Feltner; and the follow brothers and sisters: Paul Feltner of Oneida, Charles Feltner of Manchester, Hazel Rickman of North Carolina, Meadie Stewart of Manchester and Rosetta Gilbert, of Oneida. He is also survived by host of nieces and nephews.
He was a member of the Morgan Branch Pentecostal Church and the Oneida Volunteer Fire Department.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 11th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Tim Reid and Todd Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in the Haystack Cemetery at Panco.
Visitation will be held 6:00 PM on Tuesday, April 10th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
