Mr. Baxter Jackson, age 74 departed this life on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at his home. He was born on Sunday, July 30, 1944 in Manchester, Kentucky to George and Mollie Mills Jackson. He was a member of the New Beginnings Pentecostal Church and a veteran of the United States Army.
He leaves to mourn his passing his soulmate and fiancée: Drucie Webb, 2 special nieces: Lucy Maxie and Tammy Asher, his brother: Alex Jackson and his sister: Clara Sizemore as well as his best friends: Taylor Sams, Jean Sams, Brian Sams and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends to mourn his passing.
He is preceded in death by his parents: George and Mollie Jackson, his brothers: Lawrence, Homer, Leon, George Jr., Orie, Wilford and Simon as well as these sisters: Leola, Mae, Wilma, Delora and Florence
A Celebration of life for Mr. Baxter Jackson will be conducted on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 2:30 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Todd Hicks and Rev. Bobby Stevens will be presiding. Interment will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday after 1:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Rominger Funeral Home.
