Rev. Jerry Horton Smith, age 86, of Oneida, passed away Friday December 28th, 2018 at the Laurel Creek Healthcare Center.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years Fronia Ann Smith, of Oneida, and the following brothers and sisters: Donald Byrd Smith and Earl Richmond Smith, both of Calhoun, KY, and Nancy Griffin of Hanesville, KY.
He is preceded in death by his parents Claude and Dorothy Horton and two brothers William Robert Smith and Claude Lee Smith.
The funeral service for Jerry will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday January 1st, 2019 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Hensley and Mark Hensley officiating. Burial will follow in the Oneida Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 12:00 Noon Tuesday at the Britton Funeral Home.
