Taylor Rae Nolan

Taylor Rae Nolan, age 19, of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 in Lexington.

She was born on April 28, 1999 in Lexington, Kentucky.

She was a member of The Creek Church in London and attended Southland Christian Church in Lexington.

She was a 2017 graduate of Washington County High School and was a sophomore at the University of Kentucky majoring in communication and digital media and design. Taylor was an active member of Lambda Alpha Chapter of Chi Omega.

Preceding her in death were her maternal grandparents, Taylor Bowling and Janice Bowling Couch and an uncle, Mason Christopher Nolan.

Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Taylora and Keith Schlosser of Springfield; her father, Donald Ray Nolan of Manchester; three brothers, Colton Nolan, David Clay Brown and Will Schlosser all of Springfield; a sister, Ava Nolan of Manchester; her paternal grandparents, Don and Bobbie Nolan of Manchester; her paternal step-grandparents, Scott and Tina Schlosser of Mayfield, and her maternal grandparent, Leslie Couch of Manchester; her boyfriend, Noah Anthony of Versailles; her aunt, Melody Bowling of Lebanon; uncles, Taylor David Bowling (Barbara) of St. Cloud, Florida, Freddie Revis of London; Michael Nolan (Jennifer) of Manchester, Tim Schlosser (Mary Beth) of Franklin and Jon Schlosser (Angela) of Charlotte, NC; her cousins, Colby Bowling of Oneida, Reece Nolan and Rya Nolan of Manchester, Annie, Emma, Sarah Beth and Maggie Schlosser of Franklin and Alex Schlosser of Charlotte, NC and her fur baby, Rosie.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 12th at the Horse Creek Baptist Church in Manchester. Officiating will be Rev. Sean Allen, Rev. Dustin Sims and Rev. Culpepper Elliott.

Burial will be in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Friday at the Carey & Son Funeral Home in Springfield and after 11:00 Saturday morning at the Horse Creek Baptist Church, 1863 KY 80, Manchester, KY 40962.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to, “Make A Wish Foundation”, 1230 Liberty Bank Lane, Suite #300, Louisville, KY 40222.

Britton Funeral Home is in charge of the local arrangements.
