Donna Kay Smith, age 56 departed this life on Thursday, January 10, 2019. She was born on Sunday, June 16, 1962 in Manchester, Kentucky to Paul and Sophronia Smallwood Roark.
She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Cody Smith & Jessica Messer, Perry Jackson and Shayna Jackson, and Jacob Jackson. Also surviving are 2 grandchildren, Jaynie Jackson and Jace Jackson as well as her brother and sisters: Clinton Roark, Kimberly Wagers and Carolyn Smith.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Paul and Sophronia Roark.
A celebration of life for Donna Kay Smith will be conducted on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 2 P. M. at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. James Wagers will be presiding. Interment will follow in the Roark Cemetery in the Asher’s Fork Community.
The family will receive friends and loves ones on Saturday after 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Rominger Funeral Home.
