Easter Gray, 79, of Big Creek, KY, passed away Wednesday, January 16th, at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington.
Easter was born in Manchester, KY on April 9, 1939, a daughter of the late Nancy (Eversole) and Charlie Wagers.
Easter is survived by her three daughters: Diane Smith and husband Johnny of Goose Rock; Della Parker and husband Clinton of Waynesville, OH; and Patricia Gray and husband Ronnie of Big Creek; by her son,Sonny Gray and wife Christine of Big Creek; and by 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Easter is also survived by her two sisters: Wanda Gray of Big Creek and Nora Jones of Manchester; and her brother, Ray Wagers of Big Creek.
In addition to her parents, Easter was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Smith; and the following brothers and sisters: Fred Wagers, Oscar Wagers, Nona Hoskins, Jenny Wagers, Ted Wagers and Ned Wagers.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 22nd at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Jim Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Rocky Fork Cemetery on Big Creek.
Visitation will be held 6:00 PM on Monday, January 21st at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
