Mrs. Phyllis Lunsford, age 70 departed this life on Friday, March 1, 2019 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky. She was born on Sunday, July 18, 1948 in Manchester, Kentucky to the union of Roy and Pauline Sams Hollin.
She leaves to mourn her passing her husband: Alonzo Lunsford, her son: Craig Scott Lunsford and his wife Amy Michelle, her daughter: Ashley Brooke Gist and her husband Jason and her grandchildren: Mackenzie Brook, Madison Summer and Tyler Gist. Also surviving is her sister: Janice Rice, her brother: Gary Hollin and his wife Kathy and her niece: Bridgette Rice.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Roy and Pauline Hollin and her brother-in-law: Millard Rice.
A celebration of life for Mrs. Phyllis Lunsford will be conducted on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Carl Allen and Rev. Jerry Hurst will be presiding. She will be laid to rest in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends and loved ones after 6 PM on Tuesday at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Rominger Funeral Home.
