Clara Katherine Sibert, age 72, of Manchester, departed this life on Friday, June 28, 2019 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born on Thursday, December 12, 1946 to the union of Curt and Ruth (Gregory) Hacker in Manchester, Kentucky. She was a member of the Horse Creek Baptist Church. She was a beautician for 18 years and then she began teaching school. She taught school for 24 years.
She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Debbie Parker McCoy and husband Bryant; JoJo Blair and husband Cecil; and Leah Ann Collins and Bobby. Also surviving are 3 Grandsons and 3 Granddaughters: Shawn Lovins, Micah and Bradley Lovins; Macey Blair, Courtnee and Sydnee Collins; and 4 Great Grandchildren: Trevor and Blake Lovins, Haleigh Lovins, and Cheyenne Lovins. Clara leaves one sister surviving: Barbara Philpot and one nephew: Curtis Philpot and Kelly.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Curt and Ruth Hacker.
Funeral services for Clara Katherine Sibert will be conducted on Monday, July 1, 2019 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Scottie Sumner and Rev. George David Blair will be presiding. Burial will follow in the Edd (Penner) Gregory and White Cemetery in the Hima Community.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Sunday, June 30, 2019 after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
