Obituary for Douglas Keith Madden

Douglas Keith Madden

Douglas Keith Madden, 57, of Stafford passed away unexpectedly on February 11, 2020 in North Carolina.

He was a devoted husband and father. Douglas was the funniest person you could ever meet. To know him was to have a lifelong friend someone you could always count on. He served in the US Army for 22 years. During that time he served as a president’s escort in the Old Guard, was an instructor at West Point, served at Palm Circle in Honolulu, HI; and was deployed across the globe, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo, and Haiti. Douglas was incredibly skilled and inventive, and constantly working on projects around the house and cabin.
