Christlene "Chris" Wagers, 73, of Manchester, KY, passed away Wednesday, March 6th, at her home. Chris was born in Redbird, KY on January 20, 1951, a daughter of the late Robert and Axie Smith Davidson.
Chris is survived by her sons: Anthony Wagers and wife Lucy, Terry Wagers and wife Brenda, Keith Smith and wife Jessica; her lifelong partner, Larry Finley; and special friend, Geneva Collins, all of Manchester.
She is also survived by her sisters: Lorene Tipton and Ruby Roark, both of Manchester; her grandchildren: Mark Wagers, Brittany Wagers, Shannon Moore, Tyler Wagers, Christian Wagers, Brayden Wagers, Austin Wagers, Briannah Smith, and Kelsey Smith; and her great-grandchildren: Luka Wagers, Dalton Braden, and Cohen Wagers.
In addition to her parents, Chris was preceded in death by the following brothers and sisters: Robert Jr. Davidson, Verilon Davidson, Vesser Davidson, Clara Pennington, Jewell Gray, Doris Metcalf, and Vernice Asher.
Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, March 11th at Britton Funeral Home, with James Wagers officiating. Burial will follow at the Goose Rock Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Monday, March 11th at Britton Funeral Home.
