Billy Joe Dennis Bays, 43, of Oneida passed away Sunday April 27th, 2014.
He is survived by his wife Joanita Michelle Bays and these children: Cindy Horner and husband Brad, Georgia, Christan Bays, Oneida, and Nicholas Webb and wife Brianna, California, and the following grandchildren: Brinley Horner, Dayton Dufour, Bradley Horner, and Bailey Horner.
He is also survived by his mother Julie Ellen Holland and the following brothers and sisters: Everett Benjamin Bays and wife Libby, Ricky Philemon Bays, Mary Carol Amaechi and husband Christopher, Dora Elizabeth Bays, and Dorothy Jane Bays.
Also surviving are the following nieces and nephews Christopher William Chima Amaechi, Benjamin Travis Bays, Gabriel Gerstorff, Austin Gerstorff, Elijah Leech, Baylor Leech, Julieagnes Chinwe Amaechi, Chioma Carol Amaechi, Christina Chika Amaechi, Leah Angelina Gerstorff, Maellenie Elizabeth Leech, Autumn Rayne Justina Grigsby, and Emily Rose Bays.
The funeral service will be held 11 AM Wednesday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Rice, Paul Mitchell Collins, and Nicholas Webb officiating. Burial will follow at the Bays Cemetery at Oneida. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday and from 9 AM Wednesday until the funeral hour.
