Calvin Davidson, 87, of Oneida, was born, August 7th, 1927, and passed away Wednesday, September 3rd, 2014 at the VA Hospital in Lexington.
He is survived by his wife, Sophia Davidson of Oneida, and these children, James Davidson and wife Glenna of Laurel Creek, Gary Davidson and wife Tammy, Terry Davidson and wife Amy, all of Oneida, eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one brother, Carl Wayne Davidson, and one sister Rosie Combs, both of Oneida.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Estill and Mae Reed Davidson, one son, Darrell Davidson, one brother, Roy Estill Davidson, two sisters, Lorraine Mobley and Earlene Smith.
He also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his death.
Funeral services for Calvin Davidson will be held 11 AM Saturday at the Britton Funeral Home chapel with James Cornett officiating. Burial will follow in the Estill Davidson Family cemetery in Oneida. Visitation will be held after 6 PM Friday at the Britton Funeral Home.
