Mrs. Georgia Clark, age 90 of Sexton’s Creek, departed this life on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
She was born on Tuesday, January 8, 1924 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Bleve and Flora McDaniel Ball. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ell’s Branch Baptist Church.
She leaves to mourn her passing her daughters: Regina Ray and Cherrie Byrd, her granddaughters: Caitlin Ray and Chloe Ray and her sisters: Irene Weaver of Rainbow City, Alabama, Pauline McDaniel of Rainbow City, Alabama, Margie Hanson of Georgetown, Kentucky, and Mattie Billie Turner of Hamilton, Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Bleve and Flora Ball, her husband: William Clark and her sister: Edna Pelfrey.
The family will be having fellowship at the Ell’s Branch Baptist Church following the services on Friday.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, October 31, at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tim Ball and Rev. Mitchell Ball will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Ball Cemetery in the Ball Road Community of Sexton’s Creek.
Visitation will be held on Thursday after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
