Jayden Hunter Wayne Smith, passed away Saturday December 20th, 2014 at the Cincinnati Children Hospital.
He is survived by his parents Joshua Smith and Kayla King both of London, and his grandparents Richard Hoskins, Harlan, Marlene Cress King, Barbourville, and Dan Stacy Smith of London.
He is also survived by his great grandparents Sally and Wesley Smith, Pineville, Barbara Hawkins, Harlan, and Clara Cress, Harlan.
He also leaves a host of other relatives to mourn his death.
The funeral service will be held 2 PM Tuesday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with David Howard officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery at Brightshade.
Visitation will be after 12 Noon Tuesday at the Britton Funeral Home.
