Charles Edward Walters, 71, of Manchester passed away Tuesday December 23rd, 2014 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Annie Walters and one daughter Fonda Denise Walters, both of Manchester.
He is also survived by his mother, Edna Walters of Cleves, Ohio, as well as the following brothers and sister: Floyd Walters, Jerry Walters, Wayne Walters and Ruth Ann Walters Martin, all of Ohio.
He also leaves four grandchildren: Danielle Walters, Caleb Stormanon, Sophia Walters and Lillian Walters, and one great grandchild, Chloe Smallwood.
Funeral Services for Charles Edward Walters will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 27th 2014 at the Couch's Fork Church of God with Kevin Napier Officiating. Burial will follow in the Sizemore-Gibson Cemetery at Hal's Fork.
Visitation will be after 5 PM Friday at the Church.
