Mr.Crafton Barger, age 80 of Buckhorn passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015 at the Hazard ARH hospital.
He was born on January 17, 1935 at Saul, Kentucky to the union of Corbett and Bertha Couch Barger. He was a retired saw mill operator.
Mr. Barger is survived by his wife, Lavena Barger and the following children; Corbett Barger of Somerset, Crafton Douglas Barger and wife Shauna of Bullskin, Linda Hoskins of Buckhorn, Rosa Couch of Saul, Teresa Hensley of Manchester, Wilma Hoskins and husband Mike of Lily, America Kay Barger of London, Janice Sue Couch and husband Robert of London.
Nineteen grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren also survive.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Corbett and Bertha Couch Barger, one son, Kenneth Harold Barger and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services for Crafton Barger will be held on Friday, March 27 at 1 PM at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dale Payne, Rev. Kenny Woods and Rev. Robert Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Spruce Pine Cemetery in the Saul Community.
Visitation will be held on Thursday evening after 6 PM at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
