On Friday March 27 th, 2015 Stafford Wagers. age 73 departed this world at his residence in Manchester, Ky.
He leaves behind his wife of 51 years, Minnie Smith Wagers and two sons, Stafford Jr. Wagers wife Tammy Wagers, Billy Dale Wagers and wife Carolyn Wagers and one daughter Anna Mae Roberts, husband Leslie Roberts.
Stafford was blessed with five grandchildren. Brittany Parrett, Justin Wagers, Tori Wagers, Austin Wagers and Jacob Wagers. He also was bless with two great grandchildren. Bryianna Parrett and Titan Wagers.
He also leaves behind four brothers, Alfred Wagers, his twin brother Clifford Wagers, Teddy Wagers and Ottis Wagers. He also leaves behind six sisters, Mona Fay, Ladato, Texas,Lillie Mae Kirkland, Berea, Ky.,Doris Cates, Berea, Ky.,Rose Marie Herrell, Tennessee, Audrey Toohey, Clay City, Ky.and Patricia Chasteen, Berea, Ky. He also leaves behind several neice's and nephew's.
Stafford was preceded in death by his parents Ottis and Della Gray Wagers, brother Billy Ray Wagers and two sisters Anna Lee Marshall and Sandra Kay Wagers.
Stafford was a member of the Liberty Holiness Church in Manchester, Ky.
Funeral services for Stafford Wagers will be held 12 Noon Monday March 30, 2015 at Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Jessie Kemp and Andrew Fultz officiating. Burial will follow at Smiths and Stewart Cemetery on Gregory Branch.
Visitation for Mr. Wagers will be held 6:00 PM Sunday March 29, 2015 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
