Lila Marie Smith, age 81 of Lockards Creek passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin.
She was born on August 10th 1933 in Clay County to the union of Joe and Lena Gray Hubbard.
She is survived by her husband Coy Smith and her son Coy Ivan Smith Jr. both of Lockards Creek. She is also survived by two sisters: Mabel Smallwood of Lockards Creek and Josephine Gray of Big Creek.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Lena Hubbard, four sisters: Sally Smith, Lizzie Mae Smith, Evelyn Jackson and Dorothy Jean Hubbard and two brothers: Amos D. Hubbard and Junior Hubbard.
She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends to mourn her death.
Funeral services for Lila Marie Smith will be held on Friday, May 15th at 1:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Cottongim and Bro. Joey Burns officiating. Burial will follow in Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held after 6:00 PM on Thursday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
