Dr. James C. Rice, 61, of Manchester passed away Wednesday at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Karen Spurlock Rice, Manchester, and the following children: Christian Rice and wife Casey, Edgewood, KY, Cameron Rice, Perrisburg, OH, Courtney Rice, Tampa, FL.
He is also survived by his mother, Jo-Jo Rice, Manchester, and these brothers and sister: Joyce Marie Hensley, Lexington, KY, and Kelly Hunt and husband Jeff, Cincinnati, OH, Todd Rice and wife Pam, Edgewood, KY, and one granddaughter Adelai Jordan Rice.
He is preceded in death by his father Ernt Rice.
The funeral service for Dr. James Rice will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday May 17th, 2015 at the Manchester Baptist Church with Ken Bolin Officiating. Burial will follow in the Rice Cemetery at Manchester.
Visitation will be after 6: P.M. Saturday at the Britton Funeral Home.
