Reid Swafford, 73 of Manchester, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Manchester Memorial Hospital.
He was a heavy equipment operator for the Ky. Dept. of Highways.
Mr. Swafford is survived by his wife, Betty Swafford and these children: Linda Brumley and husband Walter of Manchester and Raymond Swafford and wife Lavonne of Mill Creek. He is also survived by these grandchildren: Ryan Swafford, Kari Beth Hacker and Hayden Brumley.
He is preceded in death by his parents George and Allie Smith Swafford and these brothers and sisters: Leana Parker, Lizzie Hicks, Marie Gibbs, Monroe Swafford, Herman Swafford, Tom Swafford and Homer Swafford.
Funeral services for Reid Swafford will be held on Friday, June 12th 2015 at 2 PM at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with George David Swafford and Golden Smith Jr, officiating. Burial will follow in the Goose Rock Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday after 6 PM at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
