Mr. Estill Lee Minton, age 83 of Manchester, departed this life on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.
He was born on Monday, May 30, 1932 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of William and Mary Cheek Minton. He was a coal miner and lumberman at a saw mill.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Margaret Martin Minton, his daughter: Willa Hensley and her husband David of London, and his son: Marty Lee Minton and his wife: Evangeline of London. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Alex Hensley, Alan Hensley, Trevor Minton, Tristan Minton and Trysta Minton, and his brothers: Arnold Minton, Vestil Minton and Denver Minton all of Manchester.
He is preceded in death by his parents: William and Mary Minton, and these brothers and sisters: Ernest Minton, Amos Minton, Janey Bowman, Nola Bowman and Cleo Minton.
Funeral Services for Mr. Estill Lee Minton will be conducted on Wednesday, June 17, at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jerry Brown and Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Martin Cemetery in the Fogertown Community.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 17, at 11 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
