Mr. Ernest Swafford, 77 passed away on Tuesday August 11th, 2015 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington Kentucky.
Ernest Swafford is survived by his wife Geneva Swafford of Manchester, seven children, Debbie Landrum and husband John Wayne, Randall Swafford and wife Lorreta, Kenneth Swafford and wife Lorene, Wilma Webb and husband Roger, Kaye Young and husband Michael, Margie Harmon and husband Michael, and Darrell Swafford and wife Crystal all of Manchester.
Mr. Swafford is also survived by sisters,Ester Jordon and husband Glenn, Eva Davidson and husband Vernon, Janet Jordan and Darlene Howard and brother Quentin Swafford and wife Donna.
He is also survived by grandchildren Keith Landrum and wife Katy, Joey Landrum, Kristie Hoskins and husband Daniel, Daniel Landrum, Brian Swafford and wife Crystal, Tracy Swafford, Brandon Swafford and wife Tabitha, Brooke Smith and husband Jared, Ashley Roberts and husband Boo Francie Webb, Josh Young and wife Audra, Tyler Young, Keta Harmon, David Harmon II, Seth Swafford, and Kelsey Swafford.
Ernest also leaves the following great grandchildren Chase Hoskins, Hannah Hoskins, Noah Hoskins, Maddox Hoskins, Jordan Landrum, Ryan Landrum, Lexie Landrum, John David Landrum, Nathan Swafford, Dalton Swafford Breanna Swafford, Allie Rose Swafford, Cameron Smith, Lexie Swafford, Kendilyn Swafford, Wayne Estep, Brack Estep, Colt Roberts, and Steven Jackson.
Ernest is preceded in death by one grandchild Eric Swafford.
The funeral services for Ernest Swafford will be held at 2 PM Friday August 14th, 2015 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Travis Fields and Bert Allen officiating. Interment will follow at the Swafford Family Cemetery on Upper Rader.
The visitation will be held at 6 PM Thursday August 13th, 2015 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
