Mr. Samuel Warren, Jr., age 45 of Upper Teges departed this life on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
He was born on Monday, February 2, 1970 in Chicago, Illinois to Samuel and Sherry Lee Taylor Warren.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Ola Renae Henson Warren, his children: Gensis Mathisen, Samantha Oma Warren, Jasmine Taylor Warren, Briella Rain Warren, his father: Sam Warren, his grandchildren: Taylora Warren and Julian Warren, and his nephew: Jason Warren, Jr.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Sherry Warren and his brother: Jason Warren. Funeral Services for Mr. Samuel Warren, Jr. will be conducted on Sunday, November 8 at 2:30 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Joey Burns and Rev. George Davidson will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Warren Cemetery in the Upper Teges Community.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, at 1:30 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
