Mr. James E. Miller, age 71, of Manchester departed this life on Monday, April 18, 2016, at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky.
He was born on Sunday, August 13, 1944, in Manchester to the union of Rufus and Stella Sibert Miller. He worked in Construction, was a member of the Horse Creek Baptist Church, a Vietnam Veteran where he served in the United States Army.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife of 49 years: Roble Diana Roberts Miller, his daughter: Keeta Hacker and her husband Jeff and their children: Zac Hacker and his wife Lacey, Laisey Hacker, and Bradley Hacker and their grandchild: Oaklee Hacker, his son: Travis Miller and his wife Kathy and their children: Mallory Miller, Madison Miller, Angela Miller, and Ashlie Miller, and these brothers and sisters: Mary Lou Jones, Ollie Abner, Gilbert Ray Miller, and Roy T. Miller, Sr.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Rufus and Stella Miller, and these brothers and sisters: Rufus “Jam-up” Miller, Mildred Gray, William E. Miller, Edna Ruth, Dorothy Brown, and Rosia Jones.
Funeral services for Mr. James E. Miller will be conducted on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Anthony Lovett will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Herd Cemetery in the Sibert Community. A Masonic Service will be held prior to funeral services.
Visitation will be on Saturday after 11 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
