Teresa Scalf, age 49, of Manchester, passed away Saturday, July 16th of 2016 at St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky.
She is survived by the following children: Jacob James Oetzel, Jesse Oetzel, and Briana Oetzel all of Manchester.She is also survived by two brothers: Isaac Darnell Scalf of Hamilton, Ohio and Robert Douglas Scalf of Fairfield, Ohio and two sisters: Andrea Kay Jackson of Trenton, Ohio and Fonda North-Newton of Hamilton, Ohio.
She leaves behind five grandchildren: Karenda Sue Claudia Lynn Oetzel, James Conner Oetzel, Morgan Marie Nicole Oetzel, Isabella Rochelle Oetzel, and Jason James Butler.
Ms. Scalf is preceded in death by her husband, James William Oetzel and her parents, Robert Scalf and Sue Ann Ingram Scalf.
Funeral services for Teresa Scalf will be held at 3 PM Wednesday, July 20th at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with George Grigsby officiating. Burial will follow in the General Bowling Cemetery.
Visitation will be held after 1 PM Wednesday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
